NAWBO Bangor Announces Membership Drive
Bangor ME—20 August 2010—The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Bangor Chapter announces its fall membership drive and re-launch of its Bangor Chapter.

Since its inception in 1975, NAWBO has represented more than 10 million women-owned American businesses. The original Bangor Chapter was founded in 2004 to provide women in central Maine a network of resources and contacts to support their enterprises and grow their influence in the business community.  NAWBO Bangor’s mission statement reads: “NAWBO Bangor seeks to foster and promote the growth and success of women business owners in the region by providing education, networking opportunities, outreach, and support.” The Bangor Chapter is the only NAWBO chapter in Maine.
