Since 1975, NAWBO has given women business owners an arena in which to share resources and work to shape economic and public policy. Early in 2004, seven Bangor-area business women started NAWBO Bangor, Maine's only NAWBO chapter.


NAWBO Bangor seeks to foster and promote the growth and success of women business owners in our region by providing education, networking opportunities, outreach and support.

Women business owners from throughout Maine, as well as representatives of larger companies interested in sponsorship opportunities, are welcome to join our group . There are several membership levels at which you can participate.
